Returns and Incidents

In the case that the received items are wrong, broken, defective, missing a part, lost by the courier, ECOINKASHOP will proceed to the shipment of a free new product as long as the incident has been notified within a maximum of 7 days after reception. After these 7 days the incident will not be solved.

If the order cannot be delivered due to causes that do not depend on ECOINKASHOP (as for instance absence of the client at the given address, after several attempts by the transit agency), the order will return to our facilities. It will be sent again only if the client accepts to pay again for the shipping cost.

ECOINKASHOP is not responsible for products that are not purchased at www.ecoinkashop.com. The client must claim the incidence directly to the store where the product was bought.

Nullity and inefficacy of the clauses

If any clause in these Conditions declared totally or partially invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity will affect only that provision.


All your shipments have a 100% of guarantee of Re-Ship ( Total Cost paid by our Company ) against lost , damage or as long as if the shipments do not arrive to the country of destiny . If The order arrives to the country of destiny and it has some delay by Customs or other problem with the Postal Service of its Country , the guarantee is not applicate because the order already arrived in the country of destiny. The guarantee is executed only in case of lost or damage and not by problems with Customs of the Postal Service of Country of Destiny . We have not responsability if Customs hold back the shipped order
